How do you create a plan on TrainerRoad?
You can easily add a training plan by either selecting a certain day or the "+" option on the bottom right part of the screen. You can then follow the dialogue windows to set up the plan to fit your needs. You'll be able to change the day that workouts are scheduled and select the date that the plan starts or ends.
How do you manually add workouts on TrainerRoad?
Manually Adding an "Other Activity" To do this, simply select the day of the ride or the "+" button on the bottom right part of the screen. Select "Other Activity" since this isn't a TrainerRoad ride. From here, you can choose the type of workout along with all other pertinent information.
How do you add activities to TrainerRoad?
To add a non-cycling activity to your calendar, select a specific day or press the "+" button on the bottom-right part of Calendar. You can then select "Other Activity".

How do I download TrainerRoad workouts?
From the Career tab, click on your workout and then select 'Download. ' Note: Workout files are only available to be downloaded from the TR web and Windows/Mac apps, they cannot be downloaded on the IOS or Android mobile TR apps.
