Editing a workout
- Go to Health on the IPhone App.
- Scroll down to “Workouts” and select it.
- Scroll down to “Show all Data”
- Select “Edit”
- Note the time the workout to be edited began, and number of workout minutes before deleting.
- Delete that record.
How do I manually add steps to my Apple Watch?
Open the Apple Health app on your iPhone. Tap on the "Browse" tab at the bottom of the screen, and then select "Activity". Scroll down to the "Steps" section, and tap on the "Add Data" button. Enter the number of steps you want to add, along with the date and time that you took those steps.
